The great thing about Real Estate is when they're not making great albums, their members are off doing it on their own. So after Ducktails (Matt Mondanile) excellent 'St. Catherine' just out recently, singer and guitarist Martin Courtney goes out on his own, and 'Northern Highway' is the second song released after 'Vestiges' a while back. Both songs will appear on the album 'Many Moons' out October 30th on Domino. 'Northern Highway' has all the sun-kissed jangle you'd expect but believe it or not, it's even a little more poppy than that.
