Released on Stiff Records, Lucky Number was a number 3 (lucky for some....................sorry) hit in the UK in 1979. It was originally released as a B-side the year before to a cover of Tommy James and the Shondells' "I Think We're Alone Now" that was eventually made extremely famous by Tiffany, although I do prefer Lene's version.
